Abstract: According to the plant tissue culture instructions of technical operation request，the explant originated from lateral bud of dendranthem a morifolum was sterilized in surface by the double sterilizing method.The clustered bud was cultured continued on the medium of MS.The shoots of 2~3 cm length were rooted and grown plants in the culturing medium of MS+NAA（0.05 mgL）.The suitable medium for the tissue culture was selected according to the quantity of shoots reproduced MS+6-BA（2.0 mgL）+NAA（0.1 mgL）is suitable for the lateral bud becoming clustered bud.
