Abstract: Practice，acquired experiences and existed problems in management of scientific research project files were introduced combining with the characteristics of its own technology work in Chongqing Three Gorges Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Work thoughts about management of scientific research project files，such as strengthening leadership to raising understanding，intensifying systems or ways for the duties，laying rules to unify model of file places，putting into funds vigorously to push modernized management of scientific research project files，and strengthening study to increase the ability on management of scientific research project files were suggested.
