Abstract: Land consolidation is to increase arable land and improve land quality，an important measure to achieve economic and social development in rural areas；simultaneously the ground finishing is one of the important measures to prevent soil erosion.In addition，land consolidation is a comprehensive engineering requiring a number of technical supports.Compared to paddy field ground，arable land shape has much more complex ranges of terrain data and design methods whereby its plot design.The farming plots of land terraces are the basic unit for land farming.Plots design includes plots direction，shape，size and other factors.Designs should be taken as intelligent，simplified，accurate algorithm，in order to adapt a wide variety of terrain and geological.Plots finishing design with general n-th surface equation solving algorithm can adapt to the requirements of the various terrain conditions and determine the method to organize the objects of the finishing design surface.
