摘要: 《食品机械与设备》课程是食品科学专业重要的专业课之一,在教学过程中教师应重视将理论教学与实践教学相结合,丰富教学方法与手段,合理运用多媒体教学技术辅助教学,积极引导学生从各个方面获取知识,达到提高课程教学效果和教学质量的目的。Abstract: The course of Food Machinery and Equipment is one of important professional courses in food science.In the process of teaching,teachers should lay emphasis on combination of theoretical and practical teaching in order to enrich methods and approaches of teaching.Teachers should use multimedia teaching technology to assist education appropriately,while actively guide students to acquire knowledge from all aspects,so that the purposes of enhancing teaching effectiveness and quality were achieved.
