摘要: 讨论了《食品分析》实验教学中存在的问题，并对传统的《食品分析》实验教学模式进行了探讨，阐述《食品分析》实验教学改革的必要性，力求使学生通过《食品分析》实验教学加深对该课程理论课程有关内容的理解，较好地掌握实验操作技能，有效地实现能力和素质的提高。Abstract: Some problems in Food Analysis teaching were discussed.Corresponding reform measures were put forward in order to raise the test ability of students.
