Abstract: Four aspects such as making advanced agricultural technology promotion area station，providing technical services to farmers inside the area，ensuring efficient operation of agricultural technology popularization system，and promoting rapid development of modern agriculture were analyzed for implementation of grass-roots agricultural technology promotion system reform in Qian′an city.Problems existing in the reform and suggestion were pointed out.
