Abstract: Development of agricultural machinery association is the pioneer of development of agricultural machinery cooperatives and realization of agricultural modernization.Generation，development space，operation mode and future of agricultural machinery association were introduced in Yantongshan town.Four proposals about development of agricultural machinery association were pointed out.
