Abstract: Current research situation on wheat mechanization of field experiments both at home and abroad were introduced emphatically.Significance and necessity of improving mechanization of wheat breeding field experiments were fully showed by analyzing the application of breeding machinery in each stage of wheat field breeding.Key problems which should be resolved in the development of wheat breeding mechanization were summarized，and the trend of wheat breeding mechanization was pointed out.
