脱色剂预混油脂脱色工艺研究与应用

Research and Application of Decolonization Process of Premixed Activated Clay with Oil

  • 摘要: 油脂脱色是油脂精炼的重要过程,操作中一般是利用脱色塔的负压将活性白土吸入油中,由于白土负压入脱色塔,存在白土排空损失以及白土与油脂混合不匀等问题而导致油品脱色效果控制不好。研究了将脱色剂活性白土和油脂进行先预混再进入脱色塔的油脂脱色工艺,并在棉子油精炼工艺中进行了应用,将活性白土用量由3%降低到2%以内,精炼油色泽稳定控制在Y35R3以内,同时降低油脂炼耗1%,提高企业经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Bleaching is an important process of oil refining.The activated clay was directly sucked in decolorization tank with negative pressure suction.Because of the negative pressure operation,decolorizing effect of oil was not good because of activated clay loss,blend irregularity of clay and oil.Oil decoloring process of premixed before re-entering the bleaching tower for decolorizing agent activated clay and oil was studied.It was applied in cotton seed oil refining process.The activated clay consumption was reduced from 3% to 2%.Refined color was stability controlled within Y35R3.At the same time,oil refining loss was reduced 1%.Economic efficiency of enterprises was improved.
