Abstract: With the development of people′s living standard，customers pay more attention on food safety.Result of research on Pingdingshan′s food safety was summarized and concluded.According to our country′s related food regulations，some suggestions consistent with the development of current food safety were put forward.It provided references for further development of Henan province′s food industry.
