高效液相色谱法同时测定糕点中5种防腐剂和2种甜味剂

Simultaneous Determination of 5 Preservatives and 2 Sweeteners in Cakes by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

  • 摘要: 研究了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定糕点中5种防腐剂和2种甜味剂的检测方法。样品提取后,经C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果显示,7种组分分离完全,线性良好,回收率为87.7%~105.0%,相对标准偏差1.21%~4.72%。该方法检出限低,简单、快速、准确,可用于实际样品的日常检测。

     

    Abstract: A method for determining 5 preservatives and 2 sweeteners by HPLC was studied.The sample was extracted and separated in C18 column,and tested by DAD detector.According to experimental results,7 additives were completely separated,and the method showed a good linearity,average recovery rate varied from 87.7% to 105.0%,with relative standard deviations between 1.21% and 4.72%.Thanks to its simplicity,rapidity,accuracy and low limit of detection,this method will have a promising application for analyzing real samples.
