Abstract:
A method for determining 5 preservatives and 2 sweeteners by HPLC was studied.The sample was extracted and separated in C18 column,and tested by DAD detector.According to experimental results,7 additives were completely separated,and the method showed a good linearity,average recovery rate varied from 87.7% to 105.0%,with relative standard deviations between 1.21% and 4.72%.Thanks to its simplicity,rapidity,accuracy and low limit of detection,this method will have a promising application for analyzing real samples.
