摘要: 介绍了一种微型挖掘机后驱动桥制动器的设计计算,通过理论计算,选取出适合该整机制动要求的后驱动桥制动系统的关键零部件,并为其他零件的设计提供依据。装机验证证明,该驱动桥在各种工况下制动性能良好,满足了整机的性能需求,提高了市场竞争力。Abstract: Design and calculation of a miniature wheel excavator rear drive axle brake were introduced.Through theoretical calculation,suitable key parts of the machine brake requirements of the rear drive bridge braking system was selected,and basis for design of other parts was provided.Installation verification certificated that drive bridge braking had good performance in various conditions,met performance requirements of miniature wheel excavator and improved the market competitiveness.
