Abstract: Application of UG software in the teaching of Engineering Drawing course was explored.The importance and advantages of UG software were illustrated.Full moving between 2D and 3D was realized.It made students more clear，intuitive association of Engineering Drawing course so as to improve quality of teaching for cultivating excellent engineers and to lay a solid foundation.At the same time，it indicated that UG software was very important in Engineering Drawing course.
