Abstract: Improving quality of agricultural field work is a most direct and effective method for increasing income of farmers.This work was began to pay close attention from 1998 in Wusu city，and it has obtained good effect through practical operation.Experience from measures taken and results achieved were summed up，and reasonable suggestions were put forward.
