Abstract: Ecosystems are open-type systems，which are highly vulnerable to human impact.Artificial and natural ecosystems dominated together to produce a composite effect.Ecosystem composition and function largely come from the human survival needs.There are significant impacts that construction of water conservancy and irrigation on ecosystems.Some principles，like increasing favorable factors and reducing harmful factors，must be implemented.
