Design of Straw Laying Corn Harvester

  • 摘要: 阐述了秸秆铺放式玉米收获机的设计思想和设计原理,介绍了整机、传动系统及主要工作部件的结构设计及技术特点。设计了秸秆铺放器,给出其二级传动方案,最大限度地简化了传动路线,降低了功耗,提高了传动的可靠性。该机可一次性完成摘穗、果穗输送、剥皮、集箱和秸秆切碎成条铺放等工作。田间试验和检测证明,该机符合国家相关标准,并通过了山东省农机试验鉴定站和科技成果鉴定。

     

    Abstract: Design ideas and principles of straw laying corn harvester were elaborated.Structural design and technical features of the machine,transmission system and main working pads were introduced.A straw laying device was designed and its two-transmission way was given.This way can farthest simplify transmission path,reduce power dissipation and improve reliability of transmission.This machine can complete corn picking,transporting,skinning,header,straw chopped into pieces and laying etc.Actual field working test proved that the strew laying corn harvester met the national relevant standards,and also passed the appraisal of Shandong Agricultural Machinery Test Station and scientific and technological achievements .
