Abstract: Flax is one of the major oil crops in Shanxi province，its straw fiber can be used hemp textile raw materials.Due to lack of appropriate processing equipment and means，flax is only a pure oil crop.A large number of textile fibers can only be thrown away together with the straw，resulting in a lot of waste. Because of this situation，4GL-140 type flax harvester was designed.The device filled domestic blank，solved traditional problem of flax harvesting time consuming.Its application prospects are broad.
