摘要: 贵州省盘县旧营乡要大规模发展养羊业，必须首先解决饲草的周年生产问题，实现羔羊当年育肥出栏。要科学放牧、精心管理，才可能解决冬春季饲草短缺问题，缓解草羊之间的矛盾。

Abstract: To achieve large-scale development of sheep industry in Pan county，it must solve problem of anniversary of forage grass production，and implement lamb fattening market.Scientific grazing and careful management could solve problem of winter forage grass shortage，and alleviate contradiction between grass and sheep.
