定尺剪切系统全闭环控制设计与应用

摘要: 矽钢板作为特种变压器的磁芯原料,剪切精度要求严格,出现较大误差将无法装配。故矽钢板剪切是电力变压器生产的关键工艺。运用台达伺服控制技术,台达ES2系列PLC作为主控单元,与B2系列伺服电机、伺服驱动器组成全闭环控制系统,实现了定尺剪切。解决了全闭环时随动误差增大与反向振动等问题,满足了提高精度、速度的要求,在生产实践中取得了预期效果。Abstract: The silicon steel sheet is a special transformer magnetic core material,shearing accuracy requirement is strictly,large errors will not be able to assemble.Therefore,silicon steel plate production has become a key technology of power transformers.The ES2 series PLC as master control unit with the series of B2 servo motor,and a servo drives to make a full closed loop system,which realized divided scale cutting.Some problems such as following error increase and reverse vibration were settled.It has contented improvement of accuracy and speed requirements.It has achieved desired results in production practice.
