Infrared Spectra Comparison of Foodborne Organic Molecules from Different Databases

  • 摘要: 针对全球日益突出的食品安全问题,如何设计出便捷的检测工具,使消费者能够方便实时地检验食品的品质、验证食品的真伪等信息显得尤为重要。该文提出了一种基于红外光谱和现代通讯技术的可用于便携终端设备的食品安全快速检测方案;比较了两种非商业性的有机分子红外光谱数据库,以用作原始模型去开发未来可能的便携式食品安全红外检测仪,并为今后建设专门的分析用红外光谱数据库提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Food safety has become an increasingly prominent issue worldwide.On the basis of infrared spectroscopy and modern communication technology,a convenient testing tool that enabled consumers to facilitate real-time testing of the quality of food,verified its authenticity and other information was designed.For possible application of cloud computing in rapid detection of food in real time and on spot,a comparison of infrared spectra of organic molecules in two remote non-commercial databases was carried out.It could be used as the original model of infrared detector of food safety in the future.Besides,results of comparison will provide theory basis for establishment of IR-spectra databases analysis.
