基于HJ卫星的洪水损毁农田遥感识别

摘要: 利用洪水灾害前后两个时期的HJ卫星影像,对“7.21”北京市房山区特大暴雨灾毁农田识别技术进行了研究。首先采用监督分类方法,获取灾毁前后的农田分布图。然后将两个时期的农田分布图叠加,提取农田变化信息,统计受灾农田的分布面积。研究结果显示:房山区“7.21”水毁农田面积4 103.82 hm2,主要分布在拒马河、大石河和夹括河流域。验证了利用HJ卫星影像结合监督分类方法进行洪水损毁农田识别的可行性,可为相关动态监测问题提供一定的理论依据。Abstract: Based on two phases HJ remote sensing imagery which before and after flood disaster,the recognition technology of farmland damaged by floods caused by rainstorm in Beijing Fangshan district at‘7.21’was studied. First using the method of supervised classification,distribution map of farmland for before and after the flood disaster was acquired,then put the two periods distribution map of farmland overlay,information of farmland changing was extracted,distribution area of the affected fields was added up.Th result showed the area of farmland damaged by floods caused by rainstorm in Beijing Fangshan district at‘7.21’was 4 103.82 hm2,mainly distributed around the basin of the Juma River,the stone river and Jiakuo river.The operational feasibility of identification to farmland damaged by floods combining HJ remote sensing imagery with supervised classification method was verified,which could provide certain theoretical basis for dynamic monitoring issues related.
