摘要: 针对甜高粱收获铺放机设计了一种浮动式3辊喂入切段机构。对其结构组成、工作原理和关键部件选材及参数设计分别进行了详述,并验算了该机构的最大生产效率,分析了几种改变切段长度的方法。该机构具有结构简单、稳定性好、工作效率高、使用维修方便以及使用寿命长等特点。Abstract: A new type of mechanism with floating gripping,delivery and cutting for sorghum bicolor harvest placement machine was designed.Structure of the device,working principle,material selection and parameter designing of key parts in detail were introduced.Productive efficiency was calculated.Several methods of changing length of dissection were analyzed. The mechanism has some features,such as reasonable structure,good stability,high efficient,easy maintenance and long service life etc.
