Abstract: ‘Protection of Intellectual Property in Modern Agriculture’was confirmed as compulsory course of agricultural extension master for food processing and safety.The teaching practice of‘Protection of Intellectual Property in Modern Agriculture’for food processing and safety was summarized.The characteristics and teaching highlights of the course were discussed.Practice of intellectual property education for agricultural independent innovation culture was also summarized.
