Abstract: Cobb-Douglas production function was adopted to analyze the relation between input and output of potato production.Contribution and incidence about various potato production elements，contribution rate about mechanization for potato production were analyzed.It offered reference frame to increasing production and income for the peasant in main potato planting district.
