鲜食玉米机械化脱粒效果影响因素

Influence Factors of Mechanical Threshing Effect about Fresh Corn

  • 摘要: 采摘收获期的鲜食玉米果穗,测量其物理性状。设定影响因素,通过包切式鲜食玉米脱粒机进行脱粒试验,验证果穗物理性状特征与脱粒效果的相关性。试验数据证明,果穗大小端直径差是影响机械脱粒效率、芯轴残留率和子粒含杂率的主要因素,子粒含水率主要影响子粒机械破伤情况。

     

    Abstract: Taking fresh corn ear in harvest period as the object of study,its physical properties were measured.Setting factors,through bag cutting fresh corn thresher threshing test was done to validate relevance between characteristics of physical traits of ear and threshing effect.Test data proved that ear size end diameter difference were main factors affecting mechanical threshing efficiency,core shaft residual rate and grain impurity rate.And grain moisture content influenced mainly grain machinery broken injury.
