Investigation and Research on Implementation of Conservation Tillage Technology in Hejing County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

摘要: 保护性耕作技术的推广应用为农业增产、农民增收和环境保护起到了积极的推动作用。对新疆和静县推广保护性耕作技术采取的措施、取得的成效及存在的问题进行了认真调研，全面了解和掌握和静县推广应用保护性耕作技术的新情况、新矛盾和新问题，加快农业新技术向生产力的转化。

Abstract: Application of conservation tillage technology promotes agricultural increase production，farmer′s income and environmental protection.Investigation and research on measures，effect and existing problems of implementation of conservation tillage technology were made in Hejing county of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region.New situation，new contradictions and new problems were understood and mastered in order to accelerate agricultural new technology into productive forces.
