Abstract: The second-hand car market is more active，and system is becoming more and more perfect in China. But it is not standardized that resulting consumers looking out for a second-hand car.In view of the present situation of consumer fear of buying accidental car and flood car，professional identification methods of accidental car and flood car were introduced in order to help consumers dispel misgivings and safeguard interest.
