Abstract: Application of cattle crossbreeding artificial insemination technology requires selecting the distribution point，good technical training.And it also needs skilled inseminator operation，proper use and storage equipment facilities，in order to improve transmission and distribution of frozen semen fecundation rate，cow farmers′ acceptance.Application of this technology could promote cattle crossbreeding artificial insemination work.
