Abstract: Greenhouse is an important part of horticulture，it is one of the indispensable link in the process of agriculture industrialization.The development of greenhouse in south region of Xinjiang in our country is relatively slow.Greenhouse exists many problems，such as structural and function of greenhouse is not perfect，ability to resist natural disasters is not strong，cultivars are not complete，policy and standards are not clear，energy and environment problems are not solved thoroughly.Greenhouse of the southern Xinjiang only to enhance performance of overall structure，research of multi factor coupling control software environment，and guarantee the implementation of supporting policies，solve energy and environmental issues.Scale of greenhouse industry will be expanded gradually.Greenhouse industry science and technology，intelligent，scale，regionalization will be come true in next few years.Greenhouse of southern Xinjiang will be into advanced ranks of the world.
