Simultaneous Detection of Pb and Cd in Wheat Flour by Using Microwave Reaction-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 研究用微波消解仪处理小麦粉后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)同时检测小麦粉中铅和镉2种重金属元素的方法。结果表明,使用这种方法检测,铅和镉的检出限分别为0.14和0.12 μg/kg,回收率为90.2%~99.6%,相对标准偏差为1.8%~2.5%。这种检测方法相比于其他检测方法检出限低,检测时间短,数据更加稳定,可以应用于对小麦粉样品的检测。

     

    Abstract: Simultaneous detection of Pb and Cd in wheat flour by using microwave reaction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was studied.Results showed that detection limits of Pb and Cd were 0.14 and 0.12 μg/kg respectively,the recovery rate was 90.2%~99.6% and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%~2.5%.Compared with other detection methods,this method had lower detection limit and shorter testing time.Meanwhile,it has more pretreatment methods and more stabled data.This method could be applied to detection of actual samples.
