河南省“三化”发展下的水资源保障

Protection of Water Resources under Conditions of Urbanization，Industrialization and Agricultural Modernization in Henan Province

摘要: 水是人类生存和发展不可或缺的宝贵财富。合理开发利用水资源，有效保护水资源，是改善水资源与提高环境保障能力的基础。目前，水资源短缺、城市人口密集区地下水资源的超采以及引起的环境问题和地下水污染，必须引起高度重视。该文通过对“三化”协调发展的现状和水资源现状的分析，指出“三化”发展过程中河南省水资源面临的问题，提出解决水资源问题的对策建议，以实现河南省水资源的可持续发展。

Abstract: Water is an essential and valuable asset to human survival and development.To improve water resources and environmental protection capability，water resources were exploited in reason and protected effectively.Currently，problems must be paid close attention which were water shortages，groundwater overexploitation，environmental issues and densely populated groundwater.Firstly，status of industrialization，urbanization and agricultural modernization were analyzed combined with the status of water resources.Then，water resources questions of the development on industrialization，urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan province were discussed.Finally，suggestions were put forward on water resources to realize economy sustainable development in Henan province.
