室内大豆单株种子脱粒机设计

Design of Indoor Thresher for Soybean Sheller

  • 摘要: 依据人工脱粒原理,通过模拟仿形设计了一种室内大豆单株种子脱粒机。介绍该机的整体结构及工作原理,分析室内大豆单株种子脱粒机的关键部件设计思路。结果表明,该机设计合理,操作简单,脱净率高,子粒内部损伤较小,工作连续效率高,无扬尘,能满足长周期室内科研试验要求和种子生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet demand of soybean research work,according to artificial threshing principle,a special soybean threshing machine using for single soybean sheller in the room was designed through simulation modeling.Overall structure and working principle of the machine were introduced.Some key parts of soybean threshing machine were analyzed.Results showed that the thresher had some advantages,such as reasonable design,simple operation,high threshing rate,low harmful to seeds,high work efficiency,and no dust.It could meet demands of scientific research,laboratory test and seed production for a long period of time.
