Bidirectional Horizontal Electro-hydraulic Control System on Bucket of Front Loader

  • 摘要: 以前装载机工作装置为研究对象,介绍了几种常见的铲斗自动调平系统及其优缺点。重点阐述了铲斗双向水平电液控制系统的原理,分析了铲斗提升和降落调平运动过程以及油缸间的相互关系。通过分析试验数据,确定最佳技术方案,优化了前装载机结构,提高了其工作效率和使用性能。

     

    Abstract: Front loader working device as the research subject,several common bucket′s self-leveling system and their advantages and disadvantages were introduced.Principle of bidirectional horizontal electro-hydraulic control system on bucket was focused on.Bucket lifting and lowering process of leveling movement and relationship between cylinders were analyzed.Based on the comparative analysis of the experimental data,the best technical solutions were determined to optimize product structure and improve work efficiency and use of performance of front loader.
