Abstract: Under development of modern agriculture in the context of China，it plays a decisive role that students of agricultural colleges for development of Chinese agriculture and society.How to cultivate high-quality agricultural talents has become one of the focus of our society.School enterprise cooperation is a new model of personnel training.It can strengthen students′ learning of theory，and play a great role in promoting the students′ practical ability.Water and soil professional in agricultural colleges and universities as the object of study，problems of school enterprise cooperation mode were discussed in detail，in order to play a certain reference significance to personnel training of water and soil professional in agricultural colleges and universities in our country.
