Abstract: Identification of agricultural machinery is the identification which agricultural machinery sector will do scientific experiments，tests and evaluations to conduct a comprehensive assessment on the applicability，safety and reliability of agricultural machinery.Then the sector will make a technical evaluation to assess suitability for promotion.The activity is the core of the promotion and identification system，which was established by the agricultural sectors according to laws.It′s also the necessary process if an agricultural machinery product is to be listed in the ‘National Catalog on Supporting the Promotion of Agricultural Machinery Product’ and ‘Provincial Catalog on Supporting the Promotion of Agricultural Machinery Product’.The promotion and identification consists of ministerial level and provincial level.The outline about the promotion and identification is the guarantee to work effectively.And also，the outline on provincial level is the supplement to outline on the ministerial level.Necessity and significance of regulating formation of provincial outline about agriculture machinery′s promotion and identification were expounded.Prime content and request of this outline were introduced through biomass furnace.And matters needing attention were added into it.It had great significance for advancing the formation of provincial outline about agriculture machinery′s promotion and identification in every province，as well as reference value for regulating the provincial outline about agriculture machinery′s promotion and identification.
