Abstract: In recent years，agricultural mechanization developed at a rapid speed in Gansu province. Level of agricultural mechanization equipment improved further.Marketization，socialization of agricultural service have made considerable development.Agricultural mechanization management efficiency has gradually improved，and it laid a good foundation for the development of modern agriculture.But there is also exist some problems in the rapid development in Gansu province.Giving its analysis on these existing problems，ideas and measures to promote developing sustained and healthy of Gansu province agricultural mechanization were put forward.
