Abstract: Floating and vegetable seedling-raising disk was sterilized by water disinfection system，ozone disinfector，high temperature room and washing.A digesting experiment was conducted to plant growth inhibitor-phenolics on vegetable seedling-raising disk.Results of the trial indicated that water disinfection system was the best on sterilization and phenolics digesting.Ozone treatment in sealing room was better than high temperature and chemical disinfectants.The experiment also determined the current chemical disinfection method has little effect on bacteria and fungi of flue-cured tobacco seedling-raising disk.The research concluded that setting up water disinfection system of nursery was necessary，and it was impossible to eliminate chlorine by washing after sterilization.
