Abstract: In recent years，there are many new technologies，new standards，new materials and new equipment appearing in the field of water-saving irrigation.The field of water-saving irrigation in China has entered a new development period.Water-saving irrigation technology system includes engineering and agronomic techniques.Status of water-saving irrigation technology system in China was summarized to provide a reference for engineering application.According to local land and water resources，local agricultural production layout and other local conditions，water-saving irrigation engineering would be reasonably implemented.
