基于波士顿矩阵的县域农村土地利用分区优化

摘要: 农村土地利用优化与分区调控研究是新时期农村土地整治和新农村建设的重要基础工作。将管理学中经典的波士顿矩阵引入农村土地利用研究领域,深入分析了各类型村庄的用地特征,并在交叉表综合分析基础上将曲周县各行政村划分为农业生产区、快速城镇化区、城镇化拓展区和未利用地开发区,结合分区特征提出了相应的优化与调控建议。结果表明:波士顿矩阵在土地利用分析中有较好的适用性,研究结果符合实际,为研究区农村土地整治与新农村建设中科学决策提供了依据,对其他类似地区也具有一定的借鉴意义。Abstract: Zone optimization for land use in rural area is a fundamental task of land consolidation and new rural construction in the new time.With application of BCG Matrix,which is one of the classical methods in the management science,land use data of cultivated and construction land was used to show directly the land use changes of each country in study area.On this basis,Crosstabs was applied to divide counties in Quzhou county into four types:agricultural production area,rapid urbanization area,urbanization extension area and unutilized land development type.Correspondingly,advices of each type on zone optimization were raised respectively.The results accord with local condition,offered theoretical support for local rural land consolidation and new rural construction.In addition,some suggestions for other similar region were also provided.
