Abstract: Maize has become the largest crops in China.So it plays a decisive role to ensure national food security by promoting healthy development of maize industry.To solve existing problems of fundamental research in maize breeding，a solution for broaden and deepen the fundamental research of maize breeding was proposed.It would lay foundation of maize breeding in commercialize.
