Abstract: Geographical position，topography and groundwater occurrence condition of Keshan county in Heilongjiang province were introduced.Through analyzing main factors affecting groundwater circulation study area，groundwater recharge，runoff and discharge conditions were explained.According to the research area of nearly 10 years of underground water level observation data，diachronic process diagram of groundwater level from 2000 to 2011 was drawed so as to illustrate changes of groundwater level in recent years of the study area.
