Research and Practice of PBL Teaching Mode in Course of ‘Food Safety and Inspection Technology’

摘要: 在《食品安全与检测技术》的教学过程中尝试引入PBL教学模式，并提出具体设计思路及实施措施，以期提高《食品安全与检测技术》的教学效果，提高学生的自我学习能力、科学思维能力、创新和实践能力。

Abstract: In the process of teaching‘Food Safety and Inspection Technology’，PBL teaching mode was attempted to be introduced.Specific design ideas and implementing measures were proposed to improve teaching effectiveness of‘Food Safety and Inspection Technology’，and improve students′ self-learning ability，scientific thinking，innovations and practices capacity.
