摘要: 确定工程环境影响敏感点（区）是工程项目环境评价及施工期现场环境管理的基础性工作，对确定建设项目施工期环境保护目标，落实项目环境保护措施和规范影响环境的施工行为，确定项目重点环境管理对象，制定有针对性的项目环境管理控制措施，有非常关键的作用。工程环境影响敏感点（区）的工作；主要是提出环境影响敏感点（区）确定依据，解析环境敏感点的分类，讨论确定工程环境影响敏感点的程序及要求。

Abstract: To determine sensitive points is substantial work during environmental impact assessment process and construction stage environmental management.This work can be beneficial for determining construction stage protective target，practicing environmental protective methods，and standardizing construction behavior.The work includes several stages，such as proposing determination foundation of sensitive points，analyzing partition of sensitive points，and discussing program and demand on how to determine sensitive points.
