高等工科院校青年教师实践能力提高探讨——以郑州轻工业学院为例

Discussion on Improvement about Practical Ability of Young Teachers in Engineering Colleges An Example of Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry

摘要: 分析了目前高等工科院校青年教师实践能力培养的现状及存在的一些问题，结合郑州轻工业学院青年教师实践能力培养模式，探讨提高青年教师实践能力的途径，以期为我国高等工科院校青年教师实践能力的提高提供重要建议与参考依据。

Abstract: Present situation and existing problems of developing practice ability of young teachers in engineering colleges were analyzed.Combined practical ability training mode of young teachers in engineering colleges，methods of improving young teachers′ practical ability were studied，to provide important advice and reference for improving young teachers′ practice ability in engineering colleges.
