提高西藏高校《食品化学》课程教学效果的思考
Some Ideas on Improving Teaching Effect of‘Food Chemistry’in Tibet Colleges

摘要: 《食品化学》是西藏高校食品专业开设的一门重要的专业基础课,课程教学效果的提高对学生学习后续专业课程起着重要的作用。在考虑西藏高校学生学习特点的基础上,结合《食品化学》课程建设过程中获得的经验,对如何提高西藏高校《食品化学》课程教学效果进行了分析阐述。Abstract: ‘Food Chemistry’course is an important specialized basic course for students of food specialty in Tibet colleges,it could be very helpful for the students to study follow-up professional courses by improving teaching effect of‘Food Chemistry’curriculum.Thus,problems on how to improve the teaching effect of‘Food Chemistry’course were analyzed,considering the learning characteristics of college students,also combining with writer′s experience on the construction of‘Food Chemistry’course.
