新时期农机产品服务件回购模式研究——以一拖(洛阳)柴油机有限公司为例

  • 摘要: 面对农机用户的服务需求,各农机生产企业的做法参差不齐,农民对产品质量和服务投诉也连年增加,特别是在农忙时节,由于服务配件提供不及时而造成用户投诉量逐年上升。如何做好农机配件保障工作,是农机生产企业需要关注的重点问题。以一拖(洛阳)柴油机有限公司推行的服务件回购模式为例,分析服务件回购的内涵和做法,服务件回购的实施效果,以及服务件回购的意义,为农机企业开展高效的用户服务工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In the face of agricultural machinery service needs of users,agricultural machinery enterprises practiced uneven.Complaints of agricultural machinery product quality and service from peasants increased year by year.Especially in busy season,user complaints increased year by year because service parts were not provided timely.How to do well agricultural machinery fittings security work,which is the key problem that agricultural enterprises need pay attention to.Taking YTO(Luoyang)Diesel Engine Co.,Ltd.as an example,connotation and practice,implementation effect and significance of service parts repurchase were analyzed.It provided reference for agricultural machinery enterprises to carry out efficient user service work.
