Application Personnel Training Mode of Food Science and Engineering Profession in Tibet Agricultural Colleges and Universities

  • 摘要: 食品科学与工程专业在西藏大学农牧学院已经招生了10年,目前该专业正处于快速成长阶段。分析了西藏食品科学与工程专业的设置背景及发展概况,人才培养所面临的问题,探讨了应用型人才培养体系,教学方式的改革,双师型教师的培养和校外实习基地建设等问题,为更好地进行食品科学与工程应用型人才培养提供思路。

     

    Abstract: Food science and engineering specialty in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry College of Tibet University has admissions for ten years,the professional is in rapid growth stage. Background and development of food science and engineering professional and talent cultivation problems were analyzed.System of training applied talents,teaching methods reform,training teachers and other issues were probed.It provided better ideas for food science and engineering talent training.
