Ca2+和NADPH氧化酶在外源ABA提高灰毡毛忍冬耐盐机制中的作用

Role of Ca2+ and NADPH Oxidase on Promotion Mechanism of Salt-resistence of Lonicera macranthoides by Exogenous ABA

  • 摘要: 以灰毡毛忍冬为试验对象,研究外源ABA处理对200 mmolL NaCl胁迫下Ca2+、EGTA、DPI对灰毡毛忍冬幼苗保护酶和NADPH氧化酶的影响。结果表明:Ca2+处理增加SOD,CAT、NADPH氧化酶活性效应比ABA更显著,EGTA处理显著抑制了灰毡毛忍冬幼苗CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性,EGTA+ABA处理CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性没有得到恢复,说明在Ca2+缺乏的环境中ABA对提高保护酶活性没有显著性作用。DPI处理显著抑制了灰毡毛忍冬幼苗CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性,并且在加入ABA后CAT、SOD、NADPH氧化酶活性也没得到恢复。

     

    Abstract: The possible effects of Ca2+,EGTA,DPI on protective enzyme and NADPH oxidase of Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz seedlings under 200 mmolL NaCl stress in solution culture were studied and a common cultivar“Yulei No.1”was used.Results showed that,Ca2+ increased SOD,CAT and NADPH oxidase activity were more significant than ABA,EGTA significantly inhibited the activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase of the Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.The activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase did not recover under EGTA+ABA treatment.It suggested that the ABA had no significant effect on improving the activity of protective enzyme in the absence of lacking Ca2+.DPI significantly inhibited the activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase of the Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.And the activity of CAT,SOD and NADPH oxidase did not recover under EGTA+ABA treatment.
