Abstract: Issues of agriculture，rural area and farmers has been the most important work of economic work in Changchun city.Problem of increasing farmers′ income is the key to influence stable and sustainable economic development of Changchun city.Comprehensive analysis was carried out on field survey data.According to situation of farmers′ income in Changchun city，its root causes was investigated，main factors influencing the farmers′ income in Changchun were discussed.Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on how to establish long-term effective mechanism of sustainable increase in rural incomes.
