Abstract: Purification of disease prevention technology of space electric field and plasma in manure carbon dioxide in addition to taste the sterilization and purification technology of physical agricultural techniques were described.On the basis of that，main livestock breed technology application involved was summed up，including application of breeding in laying hens，chickens，piglet and fattening pig.Application effect of technology and main measures were analyzed.Problems and suggestions to promote the use of technology were put forward.
